This week, the Kansai Consular Corps says farewell to one of its members, Mr. Carlos Duque Chevalier.

Mr. Duque has completed his post as Consul-General of Panama and plans to return to his home country to resume his career in investment banking.

A farewell luncheon was held for him last week at the Kobe Club. He was presented with a certificate of appreciation for his service with the KCC.
