The Annual General Meeting of the Kansai Consular Corps (KCC) was successfully held today with the participation of approximately 50 Consuls General, Consuls, and Honorary Consuls, in the presence of Ambassador Misawa from the Osaka Liaison Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan.

We were honored to mark an important leadership transition as Consul General Filippo Manara of Italy officially assumed the role of Dean of the Kansai Consular Corps.

The meeting proceeded smoothly thanks to the support of Board Member Consul Felix Moesner and Vice-Dean Konoike, while also serving as a valuable opportunity to reaffirm the strong ties and cooperation within the diplomatic community in the Kansai region.
